EXPLORE
You will have a deep dive experience into the spaces at this 153 acre nature sanctuary. Your host Mena will guide you to feel at home at The Florrest so are grounded and comfortable to lead your community.
LEAD
If you choose to, you will each have the opportunity to lead one segment during the retreat. You get to be seen as a leader, receive feedback, and have pictures taken so you have content to promote your retreat.
CONNECT
During the retreat, you will be with other transformational leaders, with diverse experience and interest. This will allow you to expand your community and possibly gain collaborators or accountability partners for your retreat.
RECEIVE
The Florrest and Mena will offer you a haven to Rest & Awaken to what is possible. There will be a few segments to help you prepare for your retreat. You will be nurtured and inspired to create an offering aligned with your soul.

Mena is a transformative intuitive consultant and best-selling author, who bridges the world of business and energy to empower heart-centered individuals to live an authentic and fulfilling life.
She has a diverse and rich background. Originally from Argentina, she is also a US citizen who has lived internationally. She began as an economist, was part of an internet start-up, Booth MBA, worked at PWC in London and briefly with investment bankers in Chicago and Buenos Aires. In 2009, after the birth of her second son, Mena pivoted full-time to exploring consciousness, healing. and getting certifications. Her passion for retreats began at that time and it led her around the world to anchor back home into her self-love to claim a life that feels vibrant and connected. The Property embodies the spirit of transformation. Mena published herown book.
In 2020, she began creating The Florrest, a retreat and event venue dedicated to nature, community, and awakening. Mena loves to empower and mentor others to become the CEO of their life. She is devoted to creating a nurturing environment for gathering in community, leading transformations, and creating abundance for all.
