• Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am; we flow with natural rhythms and respect our neighbors.

• Before you begin your stay, every guest must sign the release and hold harmless form. For children, a parent or legal guardian will sign for them (AirBnB guests not necessary).

• NO shoes inside the house (Georgia is famous for its red clay).

• If you move furniture please return to original place.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• No indoor blankets or linens to be taken outside.

• No pets nor emotional support animals. 

• No smoking inside or in public spaces.

• Beware of fire hazards. 

• No lifeguard on duty.

• No firearms/guns.

• NO illegal drugs or substances are allowed at The Florrest.

• There's a team of land management, housekeeping, and pool services dedicated to the upkeep of the property; they will usually work around retreats. Pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays, 8-9am approx. If they show up, please respect their work. If you need extra privacy at certain times please let us know in advance.
