ONLINE MENTORSHIP & RETREAT IMMERSIONS

PRIVATE LEADERSHIP CONTAINERS
with Mena Teijeiro

For leaders responsible for a lot, who want to keep growing without burning out or overextending themselves.

You handle more than most, yet are not fully seen or supported in it.

Return to your center and lead with clarity, clean boundaries, and sustainable intensity.

Limited availability. For those ready to lead from clarity, not pressure.

Who This IS For

This work is for people who are operating at the edge of their capacity.

You are already holding a lot. You make decisions, navigate complexity, and see what others don’t. You’ve learned how to handle it.

But the way you are holding it is starting to create pressure and friction.

You want to keep growing. You want to do more, not less. But not at the cost of overextension, constant pressure, or carrying what isn’t yours.

You also recognize something deeper:

You are not always fully seen or supported in the level at which you operate.

You may recognize yourself here:

• You are operating near the edge of your capacity in your life or leadership

• You often find yourself doing more than you should to keep things moving

• You can feel when something is off, but don’t always act on it cleanly

• You have adapted to environments that don’t fully support how you think or lead

• You want to grow your capacity, but without the pressure and friction you’ve been experiencing

• You want to be more fully seen, supported, and met in how you operate

At a certain point, you start to see that it is not just how much you are holding, but how you are holding it, and where you continue to place yourself.

Why This Keeps Happening

At a certain point, it is not about how much you give. It is about how you are holding it, and where you are placing yourself.

You may be operating at a high level of capacity, but placing yourself in environments that do not fully support how you think, decide, and lead.

You are heard, but not always received. Your input is considered, but not always acted on. You find yourself stepping in, following through, or carrying more than you should to keep things moving.

Over time, this creates pressure and friction.

Not because you are doing too much, but because your capacity is not being met, supported, or responded to in a way that allows it to function cleanly.

In some cases, this pattern has been shaped over time.

You may have learned to adapt, overextend, or stay in environments where you were not fully seen or supported. Not because it was right, but because it was familiar, or because it once felt necessary.

Those patterns can remain, even as your capacity grows.

Capacity is not just about what you can handle.

It is about what can be received, processed, and moved forward by the people and environments around you.

When that is not present, you end up explaining more, carrying more, and holding things together in ways that slowly drain your clarity and energy.

A Different Approach to Leadership

Most approaches focus on what you do.

This work changes where you operate from.

You may already know how to perform, communicate, and produce results.

But the real challenge is not your capability.

It is how you are holding it, and where you are placing yourself.

Many high-capacity leaders find themselves in environments where they are managing reactions, navigating dynamics, or compensating for what is not being carried by others.

Over time, this creates pressure, friction, and a subtle disconnection from their own clarity.

This work starts from a different place.

Instead of pushing for more output, we restore clarity in how you lead yourself, how you make decisions, and how you place your energy.

From there, leadership becomes cleaner.

Conversations become more direct.

Decisions become more grounded.

What you carry becomes more precise.

Leadership becomes sustainable, not because you are doing less, but because you are no longer carrying it in the same way.

Self leadership creates the inner coherence that allows external leadership to flourish

What Happens Inside This Container

This work begins with how you lead yourself.

Before changing strategies or environments, we look at how you are currently holding responsibility, making decisions, and placing yourself in the dynamics around you.

Because how you lead yourself determines how everything else functions.

Inside this container, we move out of constant pressure and reaction, and return to clarity.

From there, we begin to shift the patterns that are creating overextension, friction, and unnecessary weight in your life and leadership.

Inside this work, you will

• Clarify what is truly yours to carry and what is not

• Identify where you are overextending, overexplaining, or compensating for others

• Refine where and how you place your time, energy, and attention

• Make clean decisions without internal conflict or second-guessing

• Set boundaries without creating unnecessary tension or power struggles

• Shift how you operate in relationships, teams, and environments so your capacity is better supported and responded to

This work is applied directly to the real situations you are navigating.

Nothing is abstract. We work with what is actually happening in your life and leadership, in real time.

Structure

This work is offered at different levels of depth.

3 month private containers include ongoing sessions and can be combined with a private retreat immersion at The Florrest, with the option for more direct and continuous support.

For those seeking a deeper level of work, Return to Center: The Year offers a longer term container for sustained integration, refinement, and expansion.

Who This is Not For

This work is not for everyone.

It is not for those looking for a quick fix, surface level tools, or short bursts of motivation.

It is not for those who want someone to solve problems for them, rather than take responsibility for how they lead and operate.

It is not for those who prefer to stay in environments that drain them, while continuing to adapt, overextend, or carry what is not theirs.

And it is not for those who are not yet willing to look honestly at their patterns, decisions, and the way they place themselves in their life and leadership.

This work is for those who are ready to take responsibility for how they lead, how they place themselves, and how they hold what is theirs.

About this Work

This work was not designed from theory. It was built through direct experience, working inside high responsibility environments and guiding leaders who carry more than most.

Over time, a clear pattern emerged.

Capable people are not struggling because they lack skill, intelligence, or strategy. They are operating in ways that create unnecessary pressure, overextension, and misplacement of their energy.

They are often placed in environments that rely on them, but do not fully meet them.

This work addresses that directly.

It focuses on how you hold responsibility, how you make decisions, and where you place yourself so your capacity is supported, responded to, and used precisely.

It integrates strategic thinking, energetic literacy, and nervous system awareness into real world leadership so you can operate with clarity, stability, and direction, even as your level of responsibility grows.

This is not about doing less.

It is about operating in a way that allows you to hold more without the same cost.
