What began in 2024 as a simple space to be in conversation is now becoming a monthly offering held every 3rd Tuesday, so we can nurture this growing community all year long.

The Florrest Hour is open to everyone, wherever you are on your journey whether you’ve hosted a retreat before, are planning one in the future, have visited and want to stay connected, are already signed up to attend, or are simply curious and just discovering us. You are warmly welcome here.

What to Expect During The Florrest Hour
Come with your questions, curiosities, and intentions. During our time together on Zoom, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others, ask about hosting or joining a retreat, listen to what others are exploring, and feel inspired by the experiences unfolding at The Florrest. It’s a relaxed, heart-led gathering where wisdom is shared, friendships form, and ideas spark simply by being together.

Our next The Florrest Hour gathering will be held on October 14, 2025, Tuesday at 2:00 PM EST. This is a free, one-hour call hosted live on Zoom (the link will be sent to you once you register).
