My personal journey to overcome a lot of energy drainage and heartbreak has fueled my passion for supporting heart-centered souls like you. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping women overcome struggles to awaken their true essence, stepping into their power, and becoming aligned and unstoppable in every aspect of life.
Through my diverse experiences and certifications since I started my awakening in 2009, I’ve cultivated a unique approach that allows what needs to be seen, to arise and be witnessed, so that it gracefully transmutes.
Offering transformational events, sessions and retreats since 2014, I provide a nurturing environment where you can reconnect with your Sovereign power and embody your authentic self. Mena was able to guide me to parts of my past that needed healing. I’d been holding on to trauma for years and could physically feel the pain in my shoulders.
