153 ACRE LEADERSHIP SANCTUARY IN GEORGIA

Where Teams Come Back to Each Other

Guided team experiences at The Florrest for teams carrying real responsibility who need space to reconnect, reset, and work better together.

Choose The Right Depth for your Team

Not every team needs the same kind of day.

Some need a meaningful pause. Others need clearer truth and feedback.
Or they can choose to step away fully.

Start with the experience that fits what your team is actually carrying.

CONNECTION DAY

FOR TEAMS WHO NEED TO COME TOGETHER AGAIN.

A guided 5-hour experience for teams who need connection, appreciation, and a shared reset in nature.

Best when your team has been moving fast and needs space to breathe, reconnect, and remember the humans underneath the work.

Investment: $2,800
For up to 12 people
$150 per additional guest, up to 15

FOR TEAMS WHO NEED TO SEE WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING.

A focused 8-hour experience for teams who need more than connection. This includes pre-work, private participant reflections, direct observation, team feedback, and a follow-up integration call.

Best when trust feels thinner, important conversations are being avoided, or the team needs help naming the patterns shaping how they work together.

Investment: $8,000
For up to 12 people

CONNECTION IMMERSIVE
PRIVATE RETREAT

FOR TEAMS WHO NEED PROPER TIME AWAY.

A private two-night retreat for teams who need deeper space to reconnect, rest, reset, and return with a stronger shared reference point.

Best when a single day won’t be enough, the team is entering a new season, or the work needs more spaciousness than a normal offsite can hold.

Investment: from $20,000
For up to 12 overnight guests

Catering is quoted separately for all three experiences, so your team can choose the food experience that fits the tone, budget, and needs of your group. For the 48-hour retreat, chef/support accommodation is included.

All experiences are private to your team and held at The Florrest in Round Oak, Georgia.

This May be for your Team if:

  • Your team is moving fast, but not really coming together

  • Trust or openness has quietly thinned

  • Important conversations are being avoided

  • People are coordinating work, but not truly collaborating

  • A strong performer has become quieter or more guarded

  • Your team is navigating growth, transition, reorganization, or a new chapter

Why The Florrest is Different

This is not a conference room with prettier views.

The land is part of the work.

When a team steps out of its usual pace, something changes. People breathe differently. The room softens. Conversations that feel hard inside the office become more possible.

The Florrest gives your team 153 acres of space, privacy, nature, and skilled guidance so they can reconnect as humans and return to the work with more trust, awareness, and capacity.

Mena holds the process.
The land holds the space.
Your team brings what is real.

What Happens Here

Depending on the experience you choose, your team may move through:

- Guided conversation and reflection
- Nature immersion and time on the land
- Nervous-system settling and embodied leadership practices
- Pattern-spotting around communication and trust
- Shared meals, fire, rest, and spacious team time
- Integration back into everyday work

What Teams Leave With

Your team won’t leave with a binder they never open again.

They leave with a shared experience they can refer back to when the pace picks up, the room gets tense, or the real conversation needs to happen.

They leave with more awareness of themselves, each other, and the patterns shaping how they work together.

Sometimes that becomes a clearer agreement.
Others it becomes an honest conversation that finally happens.
It can be the moment a team remembers they are on the same side.
