Enhancing The Florrest:March Improvements & Regeneration

This month, we’re excited to share a few updates that enhance both the experience and sustainability of The Florrest.

We’ve installed a power generator to ensure that, in the event of a power outage, essential systems such as water access and key lighting remain functional, adding a new layer of security and comfort for our guests.

We’ve also been conducting controlled burns as part of our ongoing forest management. These intentional fires help regenerate the land, reduce debris, and minimize wildfire risks. Throughout the winter, we’ve been clearing areas around the domes and the entrance, ensuring a well-maintained and thriving environment.

Additionally, we’ve made a small but meaningful improvement to our pavilions by installing gentle deterrents to prevent birds from nesting in inconvenient spots. This allows us to maintain a harmonious relationship with nature, appreciating the birds and trees while keeping shared spaces clean.
