Life Has Been Full, Here’s What I’m Learning...

This weekend was a powerful reminder of how important communication is.

The guests at my property didn’t share any updates during their stay, and there were some very real, suspicious signs. They eventually reached out and left a note saying it was the best Fourth of July ever. I’m glad it was! Still, the silence created unnecessary tension. A reminder that care and communication really do go hand in hand.

That experience made me pause… and it’s part of why I’m sharing an update today.

I noticed that lack of communication invites us to create stories.
Sometimes very compelling ones!!

I had a very FULL and fulfilling June: 19 days in Miami with wonderful family and friends. Property rentals. A delightful Solstice event. Family visiting me for 10 days at the Florrest. I’ve been working more behind the scenes for my business. I just spent the holiday weekend in Atlanta and a yoga retreat is starting this week.

I shared on SM that I had a preventative visit to the ER. My health is GOOD. 🙌🏼☀️
I didn’t share much more… That has led to more people reaching out directly to me to see if I’m ok. It feels good to be loved and connect with you.

I just sat down to contemplate why I haven’t been sharing more.
It just happened… Not by conscious choice!

Is it safe to share JOY?
(that doesn’t mean that we don’t have challenges or deep feelings we move through)

Do we really have permission for Joy in this society?
Permission to celebrate life even when we or others are going through something?

There’s ALWAYs something difficult going on in this planet. 😅🌎


I’m a DEEP feeler. Sometimes I have so much to say about something and not enough time to share it here. I’m present with my community of family, friends, and clients.

Are we meant to feel ALL the difficulties for mankind? (No!)


Or are we meant to transcend our own hell and come out stronger, clearer, more joyful, to remind each other what is possible?

To thrive and enjoy our lives
So that we may overflow for the good of all. 🌟

I feel a new chapter opening; one where we step fully into our power and service.☀️
