Harmonizing Inner Forces

Join us at The Florrest Retreat Center for a transformative afternoon dedicated to harmonizing the masculine and feminine energies within. We hosted the first event on Feb 24; the participants loved it and so many of you asked me to host it again. Here we go!

Our retreat venue offers the perfect setting for deep, introspective energy work and then vast woods to embody the activations in nature. 

Event Itinerary:

*The property gates open at 2:50 PM for registered guests.

• 3:00 PM - Welcome and Socializing: We will gather in the main dome (the larger one on the right side) and begin with warm introductions and light refreshments, opening the space for a journey of connection and discovery. 

• 3:30 PM  Circle for Energy Clearing & Activation: Led by Mena, we will explore the dynamic interplay between the masculine and feminine energies within each of us, seeking harmony and understanding through tuning forks. She is a certified Tuning Fork Practitioner and Intuitive alchemist.

Sharing and Reflection: There will be a space for anyone who wishes to share their experiences or insights. This is a time for openness, support, and collective growth.

• 5:00 PM - Forest Grounding: We will embark on a mindful walk through the forest to the creek. This grounding exploration will connect us with nature, complementing our inner work and fostering a sense of peace.

• 5:45 PM - Wrap-Up: We’ll conclude our time together with reflections on our journey, sharing gratitude and insights before concluding at 6:00 PM. Circe Muse will be sharing her delightful non-alcoholic elixirs as a sensory experience to wrap up the inner and outer journeys.
