Rest & Peace Experience

Visit The Florrest for a transformative afternoon in nature. This is our 3-hour experience offered to guests who want to visit the property,  to connect with Mena and her work, and those who want to build a community of heart-centered souls. 

Resting in Peace shouldn't happen only when we die.  We believe that we get to Rest in Peace while we are ALIVE.

Each time you visit for a Rest & Peace Experience, it will have a different group and angle so you will have very distinct experiences and new understandings.

Event Itinerary:

*The property gates open at 3:50 PM for registered guests.

• 4:00 PM - Welcome and Socializing: We will gather in the main dome (the larger one on the right side) and begin with warm introductions and light refreshments, opening the space for a journey of connection and discovery. 

• 4:30 PM  Circle for Energy Clearing & Activation: Led by Mena, we will tap into the energies within each of us, seeking harmony and understanding through the tuning fork session. She is a certified Tuning Fork Practitioner and Intuitive alchemist creating powerful sessions since 2015.

• 5:30 PM Sharing and Reflection: There will be a space for anyone who wishes to share their experiences or insights. This is a time for openness, support, and collective growth.

• 6:00 PM - Forest Grounding: We will embark on a mindful walk through the forest to the creek. This grounding exploration will connect us with nature, complementing our inner work and fostering a sense of peace. In case of rain, we will use the event dome or the El Lounge Pavilion.

• 6:45 PM - Wrap-Up: We’ll conclude our time together with reflections on our journey, sharing gratitude and insights before concluding at 7:00 PM.
