Barefoot Retreat

This is a unique weekend created especially for Nature lovers.

The intention of the weekend is to create a barefoot playground at The Florrest bringing together this sacred land, your passion & skills, materials, and building capacity.

This is an opportunity to create a space that will inspire those to come, to naturally take off their shoes and play as they connect barefoot with this healing sanctuary. This is an invitation to explore and bring natural movement and agility back to the feet and the whole body.

It is our wish that your mind, body, and soul will be nourished in a deeply fulfilling way as you share your passion with this group.

There will be a zoom call on the day of the Fall Equinox (Wednesday, September 22 at 2 pm EST) to welcome everyone to the experience and share ideas so we can take care of buying materials for this retreat.

Includes: Accommodation in the Rainbow domes for 10 people. 3 meals per day (community cooking). Materials for the playground. Sharing circles. Hiking. Pool. Jacuzzi.
