Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.

Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am (if there are other people on the property).

Please don’t use outside shoes inside (Georgia is famous for its red clay/dirt).

Do not leave candles or fire unattended.

No firearms/guns.

No drugs (excluding prescribed medication).

No smoking inside.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No lifeguard on duty.

Before checking-out: turn off the lights, take your phone and laptop chargers, leave sheets and towels in the rooms, and dispose the trash in the large bin by the garage.

Respect nature, only leave your footprints behind.
