The Florrest is the answer to what once was my life’s fracture.

I was torn between my original life as a business woman rooted in family and the part of me that was deeply immersed in the world of self-realization, energy, healing, and growth.

​

It was difficult to feel that I belonged in my own life… Deeply empathic and aware that I made people uncomfortable…. I was too woo woo; too free, too different! I didn’t fit in anymore as a divorced woman, a mother sometimes without her kids (when they were visiting their dad), a poet and an adventurer, a dual citizen, an economist and silly goose, an energy/sound healer and Chicago Booth MBA.

In the spaces where the esoteric, the energy realms, and the unseen were welcomed, I experienced magic and awe, remembering! I also discovered distortions and the pull to commit to that group and also the rejection when I wouldn’t fully surrender to their way. Almost everyone dressed alike and their life centered around that teaching. I was drawn to explore different paths and learn from each one what served me and what didn’t.

When I stop to remember the vastness and depth of my studies… I am so grateful for each single teacher, fellow souls, and teachings I immersed in on this ongoing life adventure!

​

It was through my own personal journey and struggles that I listened within and created a universal framework and founded The Florrest, a retreat venue that welcomes heart centered beings who choose to grow and overflow for the good of all.

​

These are the keys to the healing that I was able to embody to be able to lead and invite others through their own empowerment.

​

I chose to anchor in the common denominators that humans can agree to…. nature (the elements, the directions, the stars and solar system), sacred geometry, sound, movement, and math (the compound interest curve!).

​

Different modalities and expressions are welcome as a celebration of our differences! An understanding that each one of us has unique gifts that enrich the whole.

​

We all belong as humans on Earth!

I love to empower souls to find their Sovereignty; to have the courage to live the life their soul came for, to know we can collaborate with respect and that we can all rise.

There is no glass ceiling here.

Earth is the spaceship we are all traveling on. We are committed to stewarding this land so that we may regenerate her… so that we create an oasis from the chaos of the world and model harmonic vibrations to humanity and beyond.

My heart loves to encourage wellness facilitators so they know how powerful it is when they lead…. we offer a safe and nurturing sanctuary where the land facilitates healing and they can confidently step into their leadership.

​

I have also committed to, and truly enjoy, bring back the depth and value of my experiences to teams! Groups continue working together, impacting their clients and their families at home. I offer them grounded teachings, meeting them where they are and allowing them to naturally experience what they are ready for. The result is individuals who know themselves better, collaborate more harmoniously and are connected by a deeper purpose and vision.
